GSF is governed by the Board of Directors (BoD) as the apex committee. The BoD is elected by the General Body after three years. GSF general body includes professionals from diversified fields such as civil society organizations, education, agriculture, health, water & sanitation, economic and social development. The general body meets once in a year for the review of the programs, setting strategic directions, suggestions and approval of audit and annual progress; whereas Boards of Directors meet at quarterly basis. The BoD appoints Chief Executive (CE) to execute and oversight day to day management functions of the organization. Chief Executive acts as the representative of BoD, s/he reports to the BoD for all organizational matters including funding, and audit.
