Kadanwari area of Taluka Nara, District Khairpur Mir’s is ranked one of the most under developed arid zone areas in Pakistan, with meagre socio – economic and basic facilities, communities at Kadanwari have to survive below the poverty line as well as the lack of basic facilities of health and education had almost brought the peoples on brink.

Since Eni has been working in the area, it has been striving to make worse conditions into the better under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); efforts been made to have easy access at the drinkable/ usable water, schools, health centres and resolution of other important issues.
