Board of Directors
The Board of Directors serves as the apex governing body of GSF, elected every three years by the General Body. Comprising professionals from diverse fields, the Board provides strategic direction, reviews programs, approves audits, and ensures effective governance. Meeting quarterly, the Board appoints the Chief Executive to oversee day-to-day operations and uphold organizational goals.
Mr. Wali Muhammad Bozdar
Chairman
Mr. Wali Muhammad Bozdar is development professional and possesses Master of Arts (MA) in literature. He endeavor his role in development sector from last three decade as free launce consultant, writer, designer and facilitator. His area of specialization is developing manuals, Conducting trainings and preparing community mobilization tools. Mr. Bozdar is also Author of three books. He rendered his services in development sector from last three decade.
Mr. Ali Murad Ansari
Vice Chairman
Mr. Ali Murad Ansari is one of the founding members of organization. Mr. Ali Murad Ansari has naturally tremendous skills of Mobilization and motivation at gross root level. Additionally Mr. Ali Murad Ansari has vast experience in community development sector particularly in organic agriculture. He facilitates while developing manual and particularly on sustainable agriculture perspective.
Mr. Mshooque Ali Dahar
Finance Director
Mr. Mashooque Ali Dahar holds double Bachelor Degree in political Science and Education.MR. Dahar has multiple area of experience as community developer, enterprise developer, Micro Credit specialist and agriculturist. Mr. Dahar has experience as Agriculturist and has more than 30 years of experience as modern agriculturist. He has excellent experience of preparing business plan for implementing micro credit loan as livelihood option
Mr. Mshooque Ali Dahar

Ms. Rizwana Turk
Educationalist
Mr. Manzoor Ahmed Jiskani holds double Master in Sociology and Master in Education. Mr. Jiskani has about 25 years’ experience as Educationalist and development professional. Mr. Manzoor has multiple experience includes teaching, facilitator, writer and resource person. Additionally he has good experience of enterprise developers and has work as micro credit specialist.
Mr. Sajan Khan Ghanghro
Director of Community Development
Mr. Muhakum Din Shah holds Bachelor Degree; He is development professional working on multiple assignments with community development sector more than two decades as community development professional. Mr. Shah has also good experience working as health technician with Government of Health department.
